This relationship-based program helps you make sense of your child's behaviour, respond to their emotional needs, and strengthen the security between you. It's not about being a perfect parent (there's no such thing) — it's about being present, and repairing when things go wrong.

A few sessions or longer-term support — reviewed together. Telehealth offers flexibility when leaving the house with a baby is an achievement in itself.
About the program
Circle of Security Parenting is an internationally recognised, attachment-based program built on decades of research into how secure parent–child relationships develop. Across [8] weekly online group sessions, we watch and reflect on video examples, learn the "circle" map of children's emotional needs, and explore how our own experiences of being parented shape the moments we find hardest.
As a psychologist [and registered COS facilitator — confirm wording], I hold the group in a way that is warm, reflective and judgement-free. Groups are deliberately small, and everything shared stays in the room.
